This design allows for configurations of odd numbers such as 3, 5, 7, 9, etc., adaptable to various combinations like 3 + 3, 5 + 3, ensuring a custom fit for any space.
Optimized Door Width: We adhere to a maximum glass panel width of approximately 700mm, optimizing both aesthetics and functionality. This size maximization ensures ease of use while maintaining the structural integrity and visual appeal of the installation.
Safety Glass Customization: Depending on the door height, our system accommodates 8mm, 10mm, or 12mm toughened safety glass, offering versatility without compromising safety.
Maximum Height Capability and Glass Thickness: Our door systems can extend up to a maximum height of 3000mm, catering to various architectural needs. Panels up to 2100mm can use 8mm, panels from 2100mm to 2400mm can accommodate 10mm, and doors exceeding 2400mm up to 3000mm will fit 12mm glass.
Structural Support Requirement: For installations exceeding certain heights, a beam or other structural support may be necessary to ensure the stability and integrity of the door system. This additional support helps to accommodate taller installations, ensuring safety and stability.
Weatherproofing and Cyclone Considerations: While our Frameless Door System is designed to withstand regular weather conditions, offering protection against rain, sun, and light winds, it is not engineered to resist the extreme forces of a cyclone on its own. For areas prone to such severe weather events, we recommend taking additional precautionary measures during a cyclone. This includes either fully opening the doors to avoid pressure buildup or securing the installation with roller shutters designed to withstand cyclonic conditions.
